Personal Life
Natalie is a first generation Ukrainian-American, born and raised in NJ.
Natalie grew up dancing, beginning at the age of 2, with many years of performing on stage and dancing competitively across the state of NJ and went into her first year of college in NY as a dance major. Thankful to have switched career goals as a therapist, however, she continues to dance for fun.
Natalie loves to explore the world, having traveled to 14 countries, and 17 states; hiking and rock climbing with her husband and boys, the skill of short and long range target shooting, live music and dancing, reading self-help, motivational and spiritual books, exercise and stretching, gardening, going out to eat with girlfriends and having philosophical conversations with friends.
Natalie has been married for 6+ years, is a mom of 2 boys, having had 2 natural water births, her second being a home birth, and supports vaccine-free parenting.

Alex began her career as a makeup artist and art teacher having graduated FIT in NYC in the early 1990's.
Having a passion to help people and seeing the toll that addiction had taken in her life, she decided to pursue a Masters Degree in counseling, taking additional post graduate courses in addiction to obtain her LCADC to work in the substance abuse field.

Personal Life
Alex has been married for 27 years and has 2 wonderful adult daughters. She is known to be laid back and open minded.
On her spare time she loves watching classic film and listening to classic rock and old punk music. She loves art, museums and history. Alex also loves to travel, especially to Italy where she has family.
On a personal level, Alex has undergone over 5 surgeries in 3 years and lives her life with an ileostomy. She understands the trials and anxieties of having to adapt to a new way of living and a new body. She is very interested in the Brain-Gut connection.
