Self Care Services
Self Care Services are offered as another option for help with improving your mental health and emotional well-being. These sessions are not psychological processing sessions, however, they are focused on skills and techniques for improving mental health and well-being, facilitated by a licensed mental health professional.
We offer these services either as individual sessions, or group workshops/events.
