What is Progressive Muscle Relaxation?
Progressive Muscle Relaxation is a relaxation technique used to treat stress and anxiety.
It is a deeply meditative and mindful practice, focusing your awareness on your body as you tense and tighten one muscle group at a time. The leader will guide you through meditation and breathing exercises as you work your way from your toes up to your head.
