Progressive Muscle Relaxation

An Interactive Guided Meditation

With progressive muscle relaxation, you will learn how to calm your mind and guide your sympathetic nervous system to slow down and relax.

The full hour practice is helpful to achieve a better sleep before bed. You may shorten the practice for quicker use to calm and relax yourself throughout the day.


These sessions require the Client to wear comfortable clothes. We will lay either fully reclined in the comfortable chairs, or on the floor, whichever the Client prefers. The lights are dimmed, the Client may wear eye covering if preferred. Meditative music and aromatherapy are utilized.


This is a practical form of interactive guided meditation that focuses on visualization, breath work and somatic therapy, with the tightening and relaxing of muscles throughout the body.
