Insurance, Pricing & Packages

INSURANCE

We accept Out of Network benefits with the following Insurance Companies:

  • Aetna

  • AmeriHealth

  • Beacon Health Options

  • Cigna

  • Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • United Health Care

​

Our office will call your insurance provider to verify your "Out of Network" benefits prior to your initial evaluation, as well as handle all of the claims billing. This will simplify the process for you and remove any extra time and paperwork on your end. You will only be responsible for paying your deductible and "specialist" coinsurance, which is due at the beginning of each appointment.

We do not participate with any "In Network" Insurance plans, Medicare or Medicaid plans.

 

We accept cash, check and credit card payments only with a completed, up to date Credit Card Authorization Form.

OUT OF POCKET PRICING

​

Our standard out of pocket rates are:

  • $150 for the initial evaluation

  • $125 for every 50 minute counseling session

  • $40 for every 1 hour group counseling session

​

We understand that financial strain may be a source of anxiety and stress.

We offer a sliding scale fee and are open to discussing an affordable rate to better suit your financial situation on a case-by-case basis.

PACKAGES

​

We offer out of pocket price packaging to offer discounted rates, when paid for up front, for the following services:

​

  • Brief Counseling Sessions

        A total of 3 sessions for $350 (save $25)

        A total of 6 sessions for $725 (save $25)

        A total of 9 sessions for $1,100 (save $25)

​

  • Monthly Membership (must commit to 3 months minimum)

        5 sessions/month for $575 (save $50)

      

  • Group Counseling

        1 hour/12 weeks for $360 (save $120)

        1.5 hour/12 weeks for $540 (save $180)
