Ground Yourself..

Nature therapy is the best therapy.

Grounding is connecting with the Earths negative ions by walking barefoot outside. 

The skin must touch soil, grass, sand or water to connect electrically with the Earth.

There is a large amount of research out there showing the benefits as a result of the body being physically grounded with the Earth.

Grounding may also be used as a therapeutic tool for coping with depression, anxiety and anger.

Our beautiful Mother Earth provides us with the best therapy around!

At Developing Wellness Therapy Group, we are open to outdoor sessions, weather permitting. Our location is close to many beautiful and scenic areas such as the Brick Reservoir, nearby inlets and even the beach.
